Prospective Parent Visits

Families of children with EHCPs are welcome to arrange visits at designated points throughout the school year to see our SEND provision in action. These visits provide an opportunity to meet members of the SEND Provision Team, tour the school, view our specialist facilities and support, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of how provision is tailored to meet the needs of individual students.

To arrange a visit, please contact learningsupportadmin@orleanspark.school

Communication with Families

Letters Home
In addition to regular school communications, we provide dedicated updates to families of students with EHCPs and share information about Learning Support provision, events and key developments throughout the year.
Half-Termly Newsletters
Our newsletters celebrate student achievements, share important updates and provide information about Learning Support initiatives, upcoming events and opportunities for families to get involved.

Coffee Mornings

Our SEND Coffee Mornings take place once each term and focus on different areas of need and support. These informal sessions provide an opportunity for families to meet and connect with one another, share experiences, learn from specialist professionals, and ask questions in a welcoming and supportive environment.
