Collaborative Leadership Conference 2025

Over 50 senior leaders, including Academy CEOs, Headteachers, Deputy and Associate Headteachers, came together for our first-ever Leadership Conference, a day dedicated to collaboration, innovation and sustainable school leadership.

The event provided a unique platform for leaders to network, share expertise and explore strategies for sustaining excellence in education while preventing burnout. Attendees praised the balance of practical workshops, thought-provoking discussions and the wealth of networking opportunities that allowed them to forge meaningful connections across schools and trusts.

The keynote address set a powerful tone for the day, offering fresh ideas and practical approaches to thriving as a school leader in a fast-changing educational landscape. Inspiring contributions from experienced Headteachers and Trust CEOs highlighted the importance of nurturing future leaders and creating resilient, supportive school cultures.

Workshops focused on the latest government initiatives and provided hands-on, actionable insights that leaders could take back and implement within their own contexts. Delegates left feeling motivated, equipped with new strategies and energised by a sense of shared purpose.

As one attendee reflected, “It was refreshing to be part of an event that combined high-level strategic thinking with practical tools we can use straight away. The networking was invaluable.”

This inaugural event was not just a conference but the beginning of a collaborative movement. We look forward to building on this momentum and welcoming even more leaders to future events dedicated to driving positive change across the education sector.

Collaborative Best Practice Sharing Event

Wednesday 11 June 2025

On Wednesday 11 June, staff from Orleans Park, Turing House, and Waldegrave came together at Turing House for a cross-school best practice sharing event.

The afternoon provided an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas on curriculum, safeguarding, careers education, and more. With contributions from both Heads of Department and team members, discussions were rich, practical, and collaborative.

Participants valued the chance to learn from one another, take away new approaches, and strengthen professional connections across schools. Recognised as CPD, the event highlighted the benefits of working together to improve outcomes for students.
