The minimum academic entrance requirement for the sixth form for September 2023 is 6 Grade 9-4 GCSEs with at least 3 subjects at Grade 6 including English and Mathematics at Grade 4 or higher. Most students will study three A Level subjects over two years, although Further Mathematics A Level is usually studied as a fourth subject. We are unable to accept applications from anyone who is not studying for GCSE or iGCSE qualifications. We strongly advise that students have at least a GCSE Grade 6 in the subjects they will study at A Level. Some subjects can be taken at A Level without having studied them at GCSE.
